Pros: front desk worker, some of the staff are very nice people. The location of the hotel (500 m to the beach), hot water, fast internet (paid), no music at night. That's all. Cons: Wildly loud, tasteless music with bass playing from morning to night. They turn off only for the time of prayer and at night. They do not respond to a request to make the music quieter. You should not count on daytime sleep here. Even with the balcony closed, the room vibrates with bass. The food tastes disgusting, like plastic. Mashed potatoes from starch and boiling water and stuff like that. The choice is scarce, some of the chefs are greedy. The tablecloths are all crumbled and stained, it is impossible to eat at tables on the street - people are constantly smoking nearby. I have not tried alcohol in the bar. From the outside, the drinks look questionable. If you try to inhale the smell of wine from the bar, you can get a chemical burn. The rooms have black mold on the shower curtains. The smell from the dining room reaches the room through the hood, smells of burnt grease and exhaust fumes from the bus station. Didn't count on luxury and sturgeon at the buffet, but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired (very mildly). If you want drunken dances to Caucasian songs, this is the place for you.
