The most beautiful, airy and clean site of Alanya, the people living are all elite cultured people, the building is very clean and solid, the landscaping is very beautiful Elevators, panoramic pool is very clean. I am planning to buy an apartment as soon as possible. The front view of the building is very nice and spacious, we went for a holiday, we liked it very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Хороший комплекс, лично приобрел в нём квартиру. Только вот покупка квартиры обошлась мне кучу денег и нервов. Квартиру покупал у управляющей компании этого комплекса. Будьте бдительны и не верьте на слово - обманут!!!
Nice complex, personally bought an apartment there. Only now buying an apartment cost me a lot of money and nerves. I bought an apartment from the management company of this complex. Be vigilant and do not take our word for it - they will be deceived !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Хороший, красивый комплекс, отличный вид на море, горы, Махмутлар и Аланию. Однако, необходимо быть крайне осторожным при покупке квартиры. Добропорядочность сделок с УК и всей компании "Etalon", под управлением Ozlem, весьма сомнительна. Я лично пострадал от её действий.
Nice, beautiful complex, great views of the sea, mountains, Mahmutlar and Alanya. However, you need to be extremely careful when buying an apartment. The integrity of transactions with the management company and the entire Etalon company, managed by Ozlem, is highly questionable. I personally suffered from her actions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Красивое живописное место, вид на море и кале с одной стороны и на великолепные горы с другой. Ухоженная зелёная территория, оригинальный бассейн с островом, беседка для барбекю и отдыха и детская площадка. Так же есть парковка на территории. Для жизни отличное место.
Но управляющая компания выбрала агрессивную тактику поведения с жильцами, это омрачает все впечатление.
A beautiful picturesque place with a view of the sea and Calais on one side and the magnificent mountains on the other. Well-groomed green area, an original pool with an island, a gazebo for barbecue and relaxation and a playground. There is also parking on site. A great place to live.
But the management company chose aggressive tactics with tenants, this darkens the whole impression.
