I wanted to have my car's steering box repaired by coming from out of town. They stated that it could not be repaired, that they would replace it with a new one or wear a pull-out, and that if there was a problem, they would stand behind their property. Since the steering box of my vehicle was changed, my complaints did not end, they directed me to a wheel balancer every time I went, the people they directed could never find a solution and always took my money. When I raise this issue, they still say that it has nothing to do with us. A business that does not stand behind its product.
Finally, they will seek a solution for me through legal process in the presence of an expert.
