Kullanılmayan sandalyede deformasyon olmaz tabiii. Pandemi döneminde evde kalınca sandalyeye oturup masada çalışmaya başlayınca sandalyenin arkası çıktı.oturulan her sandalyede durum aynı .servis garantisi doldu diye ücret aldı.kelebek almayı düşünenlere tavsiyem kesinlikle almayın sadece görsellik için se alın kullanmak istiyorsanız bir daha düşünün
I bought a living room set 3 years ago. But the reason I went to the butterfly was because of the quality and because it was solid. Of course, there is no deformation in the unused chair. When I stayed at home during the pandemic period, when I sat on the chair and started working at the table, the back of the chair came out. The situation is the same in every chair. The service guarantee has expired. I recommend it to those who are thinking of buying a butterfly, do not buy it just for the visual, think again if you want to use it.

L koltuk hiç kullanma fırsatım olmadı daha yeni evleniyorum evime aldım ama kumaşı toplanıyor. Her aradığımda bugün yarın arayacaklar sizi diyorlar bide. Ayrıca almış olduğum sandıklı puf suntası kabarma yaptı . Onu da daha hiç ama hiç kullanamadım teknik servise resimlerini gönderdiğimde kullanıcı hatası dediler. Kullanmadığım üründe ne kullanıcı hatası dediğimde mantıklı bir cevap alamıyorum. Kelebek Mobilya sizden Alış-Veriş yaptığıma insanı pişan ettiniz. Berbat bi firmasınız.
Worst company I've ever seen. I am waiting for technical service. Technical service will be sent for my L seat for 1 month. I have never had the opportunity to use the L armchair. Every time I call, they say they will call you today and tomorrow. Also, the boxed puff chipboard that I bought swelled. I have never been able to use it, but when I sent the pictures to the technical service, they said it was user error. I can't get a logical answer when I say what user error is in the product I don't use. Butterfly Furniture, you have regretted that I have done shopping with you. You are a lousy company.
