★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hepsi güleryüzlü, çalışkan insanlar. Ancak, yine de yoğunluk, 'çetin' müşteri ile başetme gibi eğitim almaları şart. Yalnız buradaki MNG değil, bence hizmet sektöründe çalışanların hepsi almalı bu eğitimleri. Tıpkı Sandoz. Henkel, BAYER çalışanları gibi. Ancak Türkiye'de bir eksilenin yerine tanıdık biri ikame edildiğinden böyle eğitimler görmeden iş başı yaptırıyorlar.
İyi Bayramlar,
They are all smiling, hardworking people. However, they still need to be trained like intensity, coping with 'tough' customers. Not only the MNG here, but I think all those working in the service sector should receive these trainings. Just Sandoz. Like Henkel, BAYER employees. But they're making on-the-job training because without such a shortfall instead substituted a familiar one in Turkey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargo ücretleri uçmuş. Bir koli için 700 TL talep edildi. Koli ebatı büyük ama 2 kiloydu. Yani boş koli yollasak yine müthiş bir rakam çıkaracaklardı.
Shipping charges are gone. 700 TL was requested for a parcel. The box size is big but it was 2 kilos. In other words, if we sent an empty parcel, they would have made a great number again.
