★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff always willing to help. Location is good to access train and even airport. Room is cozy, quiet and has sun blocking curtains which were perfect for some days of break. Prices are very reasonable and best value for money for what I researched.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we got room 102. the tables and floor are fithly dusty. I had to clean the table with wet wipes before putting our things. tv dont work but lucky the sockets works. food is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room and bathroom was very dirty. The blanket was full with blood. There was an awful smell in the room so I had to wait for a iternity time to fell asleep. On TV you could only watch arabic or polnish channels. The staff is very friendly and helpful but that wasn't enough. The hotel is near the airport. Be careful ! I had to pay 30 Turkish liras for 6 minutes by taxi! Never recommend that hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean room, nice sauna and the hotel staffs are super friendly and helpful. We also had nice dinner and drinks on the 8th floor at reasonable price. Recommend to anyone who are looking at high cost performance accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24 hour reception which was great because we got there off the train at 3am. Clean large rooms, friendly helpful staff, insanely good value for what we got. Checkout was 12pm, also great because of our late arrival. The bathrooms were particularly nice with great shower and build in hair drier. The staff were happy to look after your bags for a few hours before we left. You can also buy breakfast there, though we alert in instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very central location & management was highly trained and kind to make feel us like we were at hone. hotel pretty clean also facilities was mote than enough for us .
Also they offered to us shuttle to Erciyes SKI center everyday. It was a big plus for someone going ski vacation. Thanks for everything.Extra thanks to dear Emin
