★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 19.03.2022 tarihinde Kayseri Forum Opmar Optik mağazasından, AX 1032 53 6063STD ARMANI EXCHANGE marka optik çerçeve ve Cosmo Clean Progressive Full Extra 1.50 2/2 ve 55 HD-C Bluv (Mavi Kaplama) gözlük camını 3030 TL. aldım ama camların Antirefle Mavi kaplama olup olmadığından emin olmak için ilgili mağazada test edilmesini istedim ancak bu mağazanın Sorumluları test edecek bir kit (lazer) olmadığını ve test edemeyeceğini beyan ettiler bende Başka bir optik mağazasında test ettirdiğimde ise mavi ışığı geçirdiğini gördüm yani faturada yazılan ile gelen gözlüğün kaplama hilesi ile karşılaşmış oldum, parayı alınca tamamen çözümden uzak lakayt davranarak, istersen tüketici hakem heyetine gidebilirsin gibi bir tavır takınarak çözüm odaklı davranmayıp yol göstermelerini esefle kınıyorum. Bu çözümsüzlüğü ve kandırmacayı Tüketici Hakem Heyetine taşıyacağım. Bir daha Opmar Optik benim için bitmiştir.
On 19.03.2022, AX 1032 53 6063STD ARMANI EXCHANGE optical frame and Cosmo Clean Progressive Full Extra 1.50 2/2 and 55 HD-C Bluv (Blue Coating) eyeglass lenses were purchased from Kayseri Forum Opmar Optik store for 3030 TL. I bought it but I wanted the glasses to be tested in the relevant store to be sure whether they have Anti-Reflective Blue coating, but the Responsibles of this store declared that there was no kit (laser) to test and they could not test it. When I had it tested in another optical store, I saw that it passed the blue light. I have come across with the trick of coating the glasses, I regretfully condemn the way they do not act solution-oriented by acting completely indifferent to the solution when they get the money and pretending that you can go to the consumer arbitration committee if you want. I will bring this deadlock and deception to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Once again, Opmar Optik is over for me.
