We were physically attacked by 4 men working at the hotel nearby the football pitch while we were walking with my pr wife, this wildness was also supported by the hotel management and which we understand is the kaya chain culture, we almost spent a day at the police station, we were lucky to save our lives, never ever come close to this hotel and probably the chain. The next day we immediately moved to another hotel by the tour agency, thx god we are alive…

Very good hotel with good looking friendly staff, great sports facilities and good parties, good choice of restaurants and nice drinks. All in all a great place for an extra class club holiday.

It was one of my best experiences, a fantastic resort, you don't need to search out for any activity or food, everything is there and perfect. The team is friendly and cooperative, especially Mr. Reda the management representative. He is lovely man and caring about all the guests, he is like a father who is caring for his family, content with them and check if they need anything, and for sure you will miss him after leaving the resort, he is from the wonderful thing in this resort.

Review of the Kaya Palazzo Lagoon suites and Lagoon restaurant. Fantastic hotel, pool, facilities, spa and restaurants, with very hard working and friendly staff. Lagoon suites are well designed and laid out, with airy rooms and a constant supply of drinks ans snacks. The Lagoon restaurant and suites are simply stunning, well worth paying the extra money to upgrade and avoid the madness that is the main buffet restaurant, which is always filled with “happy” guests, queuing “patiently” to be served their food. Minus 1 star for poor service in the Lagoon restaurant (the waiter Konstantin was the exception) and also the fact our north facing suite’s pool wasn’t heated yet (heated from November onwards). I suggest you install Google translate on your phone, because if you’re not a fluent Russian or Turkish speaker your overall customer experience and service in the Lagoon restaurant will suffer, especially during breakfast. Would we visit again? Yes absolutely! The pluses far outweigh the minuses! Для русскоговорящих гостей вы будете чувствовать себя здесь как дома.

Pros: For an all inclusive, the buffet food is decent. The Fish Restaurant (which requires reservations but is included) has excellent food! And the overall service and selection of top shelf beverages is very good. The bad: Why bother coming to Turkey if you’re going to stay at a place like this? Overly expensive, over the top extravagance on a really gross beach. The worst beach we’ve seen in Turkey. Dirty water. Dirty sand. Not clear at all. Also, the place feels like a vacation at a mall. Everything is fake. Zero authenticity. Spa is gross and full of people like a public bath. Seriously, I have no idea why people come to places like this. We stayed 3 nights and it was 2 nights too many.

We liked the hotel, big variety of food and fruits, tasty. Service is good. Saunas, indoor swimming pool. Land of legends- 20 minutes walk. We were in February, that’s why I can say nothing about outdoor pools and beach. To improve: waiters should be quieter when clearing dishes during dinner and not rattle the plates so loud.

I stayed here with my family in October 2021 and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I have had since we started travelling with our children! Our rooms were luxurious and big, with a jacuzzi and a great view of the sea! There is a large buffet restaurant and many small restaurants in the hotel and on the beach. The best is the cake house where there is a great selection of cakes, pies etc. The kids club is full of activities and the evening shows are amazing for young and old. The service is fantastic! It was also great for me dad as you could play beach volleyball every day as well as jet ski, catamaran, tennis and golf. All the staff were very attentive and couldn't do enough for you. Also a greeting to Mr. Rida who always keeps an eye on everything. We will definitely be back in 2022. I would 100% recommend it!
