★ ★ ★ ★ ★ К сожалению по русски не знает никто ( или вид делают) с электронным переводчиком никак не могла обьяснить, что нужно обновить номер. Еле еле через турецкого человека поняли.
Unfortunately, no one knows Russian (or they seem to do it) with an electronic translator could not explain in any way that it was necessary to update the number. Barely barely understood through the Turkish man.

The girls-sellers were clearly not happy that I came, it was obvious how lazy they were to do something. Not a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe bekommen, was ich benötigt habe. Nettes Personal. Etwas schwierig mit der Kommunikation, wenn man selbst kein Türkisch spricht. Die Bearbeitung war relativ langsam, also am besten etwas mehr Zeit einplanen.
I got what I needed. Nice personel. A little difficult with communication if you don't speak Turkish yourself. Processing was relatively slow, so it's best to plan a little more time.
