The lady at the counter spoke no English, was impolite, and reluctant to work. She refused to send me the test result by Email (as is done at Fethiye hospital).
Therefore, because it was Saturday and no busses running due to Corona, I had to come again from Patara by taxi to pick up the result on paper , which cost me an extra 400 TL.
This was unnecessary because the test result had arrived at the hospital in electronic form and could have been forewarded to me my email in a matter of minutes.
