Sevgili Kas Özgür Turizm calisanlari, ilk yorumumun hatali oldugu konulu verdiginiz cevap üzerine bu ek yorumu gönderiyorum. 4. Ekim 2021 günü, önce telefonla, ardindan da whatsapp üzerinden, 6. Ekim Carsamba günkü 19:30 Dalaman Kas Shuttle servisinize rezervasyon yaptirdim.
6. Ekim aksami da, havaalani terminal cikisinda elemaninizi bulup, arabaniza yönlendirildim. Arabaniz, havaalani park yerini tam cikarken para ödeme gisesinde, gelen telefon üzerine geri dönüp, tek yolcu oldugum icin, Kas'a gidecek 19:30 servisini iptal ettiklerini, baska bir firmayla gitmem gerektigi söylendi ve yüklenmis bavullar indirildi. Sans eseri, Gümüs turizm'in bir saat sonraki 20:30 servisinde yer olmasi üzerine, Gümüs Turizm ile Kas'a geldim.

Dear Kas Özgür Turizm employees, I am sending this additional comment based on your reply that my first comment was incorrect. On October 4, 2021, I made a reservation for your Dalaman Kas Shuttle service on Wednesday, October 6 at 19:30, first by phone and then via whatsapp.
On the evening of October 6. I found your employee at the exit of the airport terminal and was directed to your car. When your car was leaving the airport parking lot, I was told that they canceled the 19:30 service to Kas because I was the only passenger, and that I had to go with another company, and the loaded suitcases were unloaded. By chance, I came to Kas with Gümüs Turizm, after Gümüs Turizm had a place for the 20:30 shuttle one hour later.
You also have a comment about the name of the commenter; The reservation was in the name of Alper Akdag. This Google account to which the comment was sent belongs to my brother Emel Akdag.

Definitely the company we will choose for our trips to Kaş. Özgür Bey was very polite, constructive and interested. Our driver, İsmail, was number 10. His courtesy, kindness, careful and safe use of vehicles made us have a pleasant journey. Special thanks to İsmail.

Araç tertemizdi, şöför müzik/radyo açmadı, sigara içebilir miyim diye sormadı, gereksiz sohbet etmedi… Ofis çalışanlarını da gayet seviyeli ve profesyonel buldum. Tebrik ve teşekkür ederim. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the shuttle from Kas to Dalaman airport and it went seamlessly. Comfortable seating and decent air conditioning throughout the drive.
Be aware that it is cash only and some/all the electric outlets do not work on the shuttle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Mr. Özgür was very responsive to our calls and WhatsApp messages. Everything was arranged at is finest details. We took a private shuttle from Dalaman to Kaş and a week later back to Dalaman again. The drivers Mr. Osman and Mr. Savaş where very fine gentleman’s. They never took their masks off during the entire 2.5 hr drive. Felt very safe and secure not only with the COVID-19 precautions and safety measure but also with their gentle driving skills as well. Please keep up the good work!
