No information is given on the phone. I called to get information about Open Education. The person who picks up the phone picks it up to scold. It is impossible for people who do their job so badly to inform people by working in such a field. They're taking care of them in an extra-disgusting way. If I had a chance to learn the name of the person I was talking to, I would complain everywhere.
