 I can't say anything about the quality, but the employees are indifferent. Also, the staff are not aware of each other. We go to pick up the order we placed 3 days ago, they wait for 2 hours for delivery. There is a great lack of organization

Bien Seramik is nice but this place is not so much. When we asked about the products on display, we learned that most of them were not produced. If you are not producing then why are you exhibiting?
