★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Annemin doğum günü için kahve makinası almaya gittik ama böyle rezillik yok mağazada 3 kişi var biri müdür sanırım emirler yağdiriyordu yanındakilere ama müdürlük vasfı kesinlikle yok bişey soruyorsun cvb veren yok makinanın rengine göre fiyatı degisiyormu diye sorduk hayır dediler kasaya geldik fiyat farklı çıktı yoldan geçen birini alıp koysanız daha iyidir resmen satmamak için uğraşıyorlar ayrıca internette mağaza stoğunda görünen ürün gittiğimizde yok denildi. Madem yok neden stokta var görünüyor çalışanlar çok vasat özelliklede müdürmu sorumlu mu artık ne ise. Bidaha asla tercih etmem böyle saygısızlık olmaz.

You ask something, there is no CV, we asked if the price of the machine changes according to the color of the machine, they said no, we came to the cashier, the price was different. It is better if you put it, they are trying not to sell officially, and when we went, the product that appeared in the store stock on the internet was said to be absent. If there is no stock, the employees are very mediocre, especially if the manager is responsible. I would never choose again, it would not be such a disrespect.

Their employees do not even deign to answer the questions asked by the very disrespectful customers. It does not suit the Karaca brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porselen ürünlerinde söyledikleri gibi renkler garantili ve hakikaten hiç bir sorun yaşamazsınız yalnızca fazla ağır ürünler. Muadillerine oranla çok daha uygun fiyatları nedeniyle tercih edilmeli. Renkleri akar, kırılır, bozulurlar gereğinden fazla üzülürsünüz.
As they say in porcelain products, the colors are guaranteed and you really won't have any problems, just too heavy products. It should be preferred because of its much more affordable prices compared to its counterparts. Their colors will flow, they will break, they will deteriorate, you will be sad more than necessary.

The disrespect of the store employees towards the customers is really uninterested, I hope Karaca officials see these comments, and we could only receive 1 coffee pot set after 3 months, I definitely do not recommend this store.
