★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her gittiğimizde personelin ukala tavırları ile karşılandık sattıkları telefonun arkasında bile değiller, general Mobile cep telefonunu satmamak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar nedenini sorduğumuzda ise istediğimiz ürünü satarız bu kimseyi ilgilendirmez gibi terbiyesiz cevaplar aldık...zaten mağaza da sinek avlıyor neden acaba....
Every time we went, we were greeted with the cocky attitude of the staff. They do not even stand behind the phone they sell, they are doing their best not to sell the general Mobile mobile phone. I have never seen such irresponsibility, especially the manager of Teknosa employees, who were both victimized and indifferent to a product I bought from Forum Ankara Teknosa store and could not do my job properly. Think twice when buying a product from there.

Some of the store personnel are very ignorant and there is no manager in the store. The salesperson introduces himself as the manager. If he is, he is an unqualified ineffective element who can't walk around and draw. I will not buy a chip from Teknosa again.
