★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For years I searched for a cure for psoriasis with no outcome until i came here. Withing three weeks i was cured. Very happy with the service as well as the management who were very helpful when i had a problem. The manager Emrah was especially helpful. I highly recommend this place as a cure for psoriasis and i will happily revisit if my psoriasis ever comes back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad Customer Service. Definitely don't recommend this Fish Spa! We were treated very poorly by a staff member over the phone while trying to make a booking. My husband and I were on our honeymoon, hence being newly married I didn’t get a chance to hand in our marriage certificate to change my surname on my passport. The very disrespectful staff member insisted she cannot offer us one bedroom and that she needs to place us into two “separate hotel rooms” as our last names don’t match. This was just appalling! our marital status is no one’s business or concern. We were tourists to the country, and thought while on our honeymoon we'll get treatment done for my skin condition however was left extremely displeased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place especially the hot swimming pool which was include fish (fish eat your death skin)? Rooms are clean. The stuff were polite. Actually I could't drink enough tea:) I would give five stars if there was a kettle in the rooms.
