★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evler güzel, ferah. Muhit olarak güzel yerde sayılır. Sadece merkeze uzak. Onun dışında eksisi yok diyebilirim. Çevresel olarak da iyi konumda. Yakın bölgede cami , fırın, market ,okul sağlık ocağı, eczane var. İşiniz yoksa çok da merkeze ihtiyaç duyulmuyor. Komşuluk ilişkileri iyi denebilir. Beylerderesi parkına yakın olması da ayrı bir avantaj. El hasıl tavsiye ederim.
 The cottages are beautiful, spacious. The neighborhood is pretty nice as well. Just far from the center. Other than that, I can say no. Environmentally good location. Nearby mosque, bakery, market, school health center, pharmacy there. If you do not have a job center is not needed. Neighborhood relations can be said to be good. The fact that it is close to Beylerderesi Park is a distinct advantage. I highly recommend the Hand Produce.
