Ancak aldığımız 2 adet klozette çıkan problemi kendileri çözmeyip merkeze yönlendirdiler. Onlar da devamlı bizi başlarından savmaya çalıştılar. Son çare hakem kuruluna gidip bilirkişinin ürünleri görüp bize hak veren raporuyla paramızı geri almaya hak kazandık.. Kale grubunu müşterilerinin arkalarında durmadıkları ve bize karşı kendilerini ve ayıplı mallarını korudukları için esefle kınıyorum..
Aldığımız diğer ürünler için bize yardımcı olan Abdullah bey'e tabiiki teşekkür ediyoruz..
