★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have booked from the morning with this agency a bus for our return from alanya to Antalya, they have made a mistake (everyone does) they gave the same seats to other people, but this was not our problem, the problem was that people that took our seats were impolite with us knowing that we don’t understand english, and the staff of the bus don’t speak english or other language, they didn’t apologize and they were rude and very disrespectful with the way they told us to move to another seat knowing that they could have put the turkish people directly in the other seats. the bus was not confortable also, i will never book with this agency anymore, not recommended at all
