★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Прекрасно оборудованный жилой комплекс. Во дворе есть бассейн для жильцов, за которым следят и чистят(не забывайте читать правила пользования бассейном). Территория двора огорожена и охраняется(установлены камеры видеонаблюдения). Все квартиры оборудованы видеофоном. Освещение есть и на улице и на лестничной площадке. В подвале оборудован небольшой спортзал и сауна. В каждой квартире есть большая отдельная терасса.
Well equipped residential complex. In the courtyard there is a pool for residents, which is monitored and cleaned (do not forget to read the rules for using the pool). The courtyard area is fenced and guarded (CCTV cameras are installed). All apartments are equipped with a videophone. Lighting is on the street and on the landing. The basement features a small gym and sauna. Each apartment has a large separate terrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Чудесные апартаменты. Для путешествий с детьми, все есть самое необходимое. Местоположение очень близко от пляжа. Магазинов и ресторанов много. Нергиз для нас всегда была на связи. Все вопросы решались оперативно.
Wonderful apartment. For traveling with children, everything you need is there. The location is very close to the beach. There are many shops and restaurants. Nergiz was always in touch for us. All issues were resolved promptly.
