Very nice hotel!

I love the bar staff well one member of it ( erkan) the other (cuma) little upright could do with relaxing a little and smiling more bare in mind iv been here nearly two weeks. I feel like whenever the owner 'boss' is around that they can have no fun. Surely the point of customer interaction is feeling like the environment is fun and enjoyable rather then uptight and dismissive. Promote Erkan to the main personal for customer interaction as he is top notch and the best I could of asked for to make my experience the best. The rest of the staff are more bothered with pleasing the 'boss' rather the making sure customers are happy.

Was really impressed with the hotel. Room was clean and modern, maid service most days. All inclusive only hotel with breakfast, lunch, a small snack and dinner. Drinks from 10am-11pm. I can imagine at full capacity the dining area and especially the pool would become too crowded maybe. Some good food days but also some less good... Healthy options all the time and seemed to cater well for the vegetarians as a standard. Staff were all friendly and helpful. It did look like some worked very long hours though. It seemed the owner/manager would often sit near to the bar most evenings. Not many spoke good English and alanya as a whole had a very minute English tourist interest. It is still workable though. Very nice hotel for the money. Would recommend however the only downside really was that it's a good 30/45 minute walk to the center. Sometimes that's preferable though.

That’s the almost perfect place to spend your vacation in Turkey. Good food, nice rooms, a lot of different fruits that u can take. For example I took some lime fruits, bananas and even pomegranate. they grow nearly everywhere there. Yes, due to the COVID you can’t choose freely every dish u want but the really funny and friendly staff will help u with that. From 10 a.m to 11 p.m u can drink for free at the bar everything u want including alcohol drinks and cocktails. It’s very close to the sea. U can actually see it from your balcony. And the water there... oh that’s interesting because near that town there is a small river that running down from the mountains so the water there at the same time very warm and cold from time to time. Don’t know where to spend a couple of days in Turkey? Relax with comfort in this hotel.

lovely hotel. wonderful people. comfortable rooms with air conditioning, TV and mini kitchen). friendly staff. there are no problems with communication. The staff speaks English. Russian is also at a good level. It's clean everywhere. Clean quickly and well. The pool is awesome. Beach 5 minutes walk. I enjoyed a comfortable stay. Thanks for your hard work.
