24795802 mukavele no lu abonenizim. 24.03.2020 tarihinde görevli saat okuyan personeliniz saatimi 568 iken 668 olarak okumuş. yaklaşık 10 gündür hem 185 i hemde Eyüp sultan iski yi arayarak durumum hakkında bilgi edinmeye çalışıyorum ama 185 Eyüp sultan iski yi aramanız lazım onlar düzeltecek diyor. Eyüp sultanı arıyorum saatin yanlış yazıldığını ispatlamak için beni Mehmet bey diye biri aradı (05356222313nolu telefondan aradı) saatin fotosunu atmıştım tekrar ona ulaşın diyor. ne yapacağımı şaşırdım. 4-5 gün sonra faturamın son ödeme tarihi otomatik ödeme talimatından para çekilmeden lütfen yardımcı olur musunuz? fotoğrafta saatin görüntüsü var.
