We bought a baby bed and a protective mattress from this store. The delivery time was given as 30 days, but it was delivered after 40 days. They called 3 times the day the product was delivered and asked if you were at home, they kept it at home all day, but delivered the product after 21:00 in the evening. Which other company delivers products at this time? In the meantime, they called 2 hours before the product was delivered and informed that the product would be delivered incompletely, because the mattress that should come with the product was forgotten. When we told the lady in the store that we had been waiting for the order for a long time and wanted the missing product the next day, we encountered insolent replies. He even stated that he could not deal with us and was very tired (He was not tired while receiving the payment and was smiling :)). Afterwards, we conveyed that we wanted information about the missing product. Of course, they did not call and ask, and when we called ourselves a few days later, they informed us that we had to pick up the product from the store and not send it to the address. I definitely do not recommend this store. İŞBİR may be producing quality products, but if you have the opportunity, go shop at another store that values ​​its customers.

I bought about 12 products from this company, I told them to keep the beds I bought and paid for, in their warehouses, and if necessary, I would pay the warehouse fee. Thank you, Mrs. Behiye provided the necessary convenience for 6 months. After Mrs. Behiye left, someone named Meral called me to sell one of the mattresses I bought to other customers. He said what they wanted, when I refused, he hurriedly put the beds on my door, despite all my requests... A company that has lost its commercial morality and gone bad with its bad employees, I don't think I'll approach them again....

I would like to thank Ms. Meral for her interest and concern. Although we agreed on 21 working days delivery, the delivery was completed on the 14th day, with the promise of early delivery :) (even though the product is out of stock) we thank them very much.
