Defalarca aramamıza ve paranın tamamını ödememize rağmen ürünler gelmedi. Firma, aldığımız yatak odası takımıni düğünümüzden 25 gün önce gelecegi yönünde söz vermesine rağmen bizi 1.5 aydır bekletiyor ve hala ürünlerin uretilmedigini söylüyor. Paranız ile rezil olmayın... Do not make a mistake and buy products from Kelebek Furniture. Products never arrive on time. Despite repeated calls and paying the full amount of money, the products did not arrive. Although the company promised that the bedroom set we bought will arrive 25 days before our wedding, it has kept us waiting for 1.5 months and says that the products are still not produced. Don't be shy with your money...

Salonumu boşaltım eski eşyalarımı attım. Bu sürenin sonunda hiç arayıp sormadılar. Ben aradım konsol, ayna ve masa depolarında varmış rica minnet getirdiler. Kurulumu yaptılar ancak konsolun çekmece aparatları olmadığı için çekmeceleri takmadılar Onlar gittikten sonra masanın da birçok yerinde hata olduğunu fark ettim. Mağazayı aradım masada vida patlakları ve boya hataları olduğunu söyledim diğer ürünler için kelebek müşteri hizmetlerini aradığımı ve onlarında hatalı üretimden dolayı yeniden üretilecekleri söylediklerini beyan ettim mağdur olduğumu söyledim telefondaki mağaza çalışanı avukatınızı arayın dedi sözleşmedeki süreyi çok aştınız hatalı ürün teslimatı yaptınız diğer ürünlerimden hiç haber yok arayıp sormuyorsunuz lütfen hatalı ürünlerinizi geri alın paramı iade edin dedim hiç umurlarında bile olmadı. Daha sonra ben mağaza sahibi olduğunu öğrendiğim Bülent beyin bulunduğu konya yolundaki diğer kelebek mağazasını aradım durumu anlattım. Aradan tam 12 ay geçti hiç kimse ilgilenmedi hiç umursamadılar bile hatalı ürünler ve teslimatı yapılmayan ürünlerimin parasını talep ediyorum resmen bizimle dalga geçtiniz paramın tek kuruşunu helal etmiyorum I bought two triple armchairs, console, mirror, table and 4 chairs from Kelebek Istanbul Yolu store in June 2020. I paid 13.450 TL in cash and they said they would deliver it within 45 days at the latest. I emptied my living room and threw away my old stuff. At the end of this period, they never called. I called them, they were in the console, mirror and table warehouses, and they asked me to thank them. They did the installation, but they did not install the drawers because the console did not have drawer apparatus. After they left, I noticed that there were errors in many parts of the table. I called the store and said that there were screw cracks and paint errors on the table, I said that I called the butterfly customer service for other products and they said that they would be re-produced due to faulty production. I said I was a victim. You don't ask, please take back your faulty products, I said refund my money, they didn't even care. Later, I called the other butterfly store on the Konya road where Bülent Bey, whom I learned was the owner of the store, and explained the situation. It has been exactly 12 months, no one was interested, they didn't even care, I demand the money for the faulty products and the products that were not delivered, you officially made fun of us, I do not give a single penny of my money.

Even though the furniture I bought in 2020 was broken and a report was kept, the problem was not solved even though we reported the situation many times, and no one was interested, neither tire yourself nor throw your money away, don't bother.

Alışverişi yapana kadar çok güzel ilgileniyorlar etrafınızda pervane oluyorlar, parayı aldıktan sonra ilgi alaka sıfır, ürünlerimin teslimat süresini geciktirdiler bu süreçte bilgi almak neredeyse imkansız telefonları kesinlikle açmıyorlar. Daha sonrasında eksik ve yanlış ürün teslim edildi bu hatayı düzeltmeleri 1.5 ayı buldu. Bunun gibi daha bir sürü problem yaşadık, kelebek mobilya kurumsal firma ismi var diye düşünürseniz yanılırsınız. Buradan alışveriş yapacaklara tavsiyem KESİNLİKLE ALMAYIN Muhatap bulamazsın pişman olursunuz. In July 2021, we made our furniture set from this store as wedding shopping. They take good care of you until you do the shopping, they become a fan around you, they have zero interest after receiving the money, they delayed the delivery time of my products, it is almost impossible to get information in this process, they definitely do not answer the phones. Later, missing and wrong product was delivered and it took 1.5 months to fix this error. We had many more problems like this, if you think that there is a corporate company name for Kelebek Furniture, you would be wrong. My advice to those who will shop here, DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY, you will not find a contact person, you will regret it.

The staff give some attention to details that I am looking for and help a bit. I appreciate their help ?
