Kurumunda bulunan memurların tavırları pek iç açıcı değil güleryüzlü değiller. Kurumun bulunduğu bina eski olduğundan gözünüze pek hijyenik gelmeyebilir. Bu kurum, hayır işleri ve kimsesiz çocuklarla ilgili bir kurum.
