Çökelikli yoğurtmaç ve Tokat yağlısını mutlaka burdan almalısınız..Aydemir Bey, hem verdiği bilgilerle, hem nezaketi, ilgisi, alakası ve güleryüzüyle gönlümüzü kazandı..Bir gün önceden Ankaraya götüreceğimizi söylediğimizde özel olarak sabahtan, yolculuğa hazır olacak şekilde Tokat Yağlısı pişirilmiş ve paketler hazırlanmıştı.. Esnaf dediğiniz böyle olmalı.. Bir daha Tokat'a gelirsek mutlaka oraya uğrayacağız..

The only place in Tokat where you can eat the famous Tokat oil of Tokat. You will go back again after tasting once. Also the pretzels and yogutrmaç are excellent.
