Asıl kötü olan emlakçı coşkunun bana ev sahibinin günlüğü 350 tl dan aşağı asla bırakmayacağını söyleyip aslında ev sahibine günlük 250 tl demesi, ayrıca 250 tl komisyon alması, evde profesyonel temizlik yapılacak deyip yaptırmaması idi. Ev de maalesef bütün eşyaları eskimiş hurdalık gibiydi. Yeni olan eşya çok azdı. Tavsiyem, emlakçılar konusunda dikkatli olunması evin önceden muhakkak görülmesi ve profesyonel temizlik konusunda ısrarlı olunmasıdır.
