★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel was very odd , beds in the room on a wooden structure mattress on top.
Building works going on very noisy.
The Hotel is hosting weddings and music entertainment and it's very noisy.
Noise went on until 3pm in the morning and nobody from the management team seems to be interested.
Have stayed in the Crown Plaza before was a lot better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there this summer (2021) with my family and their service is really good. The Staff is nice and helpful if you have questions regarding the city oder sightseeing. Breakfast and dinner were inclusive. I visited the gym and the pool a lot and the quality was nice. Our rooms were quite big and they cleaned it everyday. Would recommend to try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently stayed at this hotel. There was issue with our room and the manager went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The staff overall is very nice and the rooms are clean. The only negative aspect was that there were too many red lights which can trigger migraine easily. Other than that everything was great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is good. They have good facilities as well as very good services (free sauna,Hamam, gym).i liked it.
Rooms are not good, it's not well maintained you can clearly see this when you enter. Bathroom is not at all good, it's way too small and floors do not look good. Toilet seat ? is old and mine was damaged. In my view,this is not of 5 star Hotel standards.
One more thing massage is way too overpriced. You need to pay for than 80€ per person where as you can easily get similar massage for 15€.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no complaints about the food it was pretty good,but half way through my stay I was asked to move room due to maintenance which I was slightly compensated for with a good view & a bottle of cider. But the rooms are scabby & the hair left in my bed which wasn't mine was unforgiving. Don't use this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed back in 2019 and the hotel was great! Clean rooms with a balcony and lovely view. Free access to the water park every day and a beautiful hotel. Great for families with children. Would definitely return.

I stayed in this hotel several years ago and when i compared the service there is need of improvement to reach previous quality currently.
It will be very good to renovate the rooms, increase the training of the personnels, better “guest-oriented” room service (4000), renewal of the room equipments, etc.
For the problems i was contacted with guest relations in a honest way and the personnel is very polite and try to help. The helping attitude was very kind.
It has definitely excellent location and a modern concept which is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, clean, modern city hotel with absolutely gorgeous spa! I'm a sport addicted so the first what I look at the hotel are the sports facilities and spa.
This hotel has really impressed me with their sports centre. Start from the reception where a very friendly lady named Maria offered me a large and a small towel, disposal bath slippers and a special wrap for body for Turkish bath. I've enjoyed big time Balinese massage and burnt some calories on the perfect machines.
