★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma ile Ocak ayında bina mutfak gideri tıkanıklığı için anlaştık ve işlemi yaptırdık. Israrla asit işlemi yapılmasını tavsiye ettiler, yaptırmadık hemen. Mart ayının ikinci haftasında aynı kanal tekrar tıkandı. Asit işlemi yaptırmadığımız için tıkandığını iletti çalışan (Zülfikar bey). Tekrar yaşanmaması için asit işlemi yaptırdık, fakat bir gün sonra gider kanalı yine tıkandı ve pis su yüzeyden taştı. Durumu firma sahibine 5 gün boyunca telefonda anlattım, her defasında konuyu ya başından anlattırdı ya da tamam daha iyi bir ekip göndereceğim diyerek salladı. Başka bir firma 10 dakikada kılavuz salarak tıkalı gideri açtı.
Profesyonel bir firma olmadığı için tercih edeceklerin bu yorumu dikkate almasında fayda var.
We agreed with the company in January for the blockage of the building kitchen and made the transaction. They insistently recommended acid treatment, we did not immediately. The same channel was blocked again in the second week of March. The employee (Mr. Zülfikar) stated that he was clogged because we did not do the acid treatment. We had an acid treatment to prevent it from happening again, but one day later the drain channel was blocked again and the dirty water overflowed from the surface. I explained the situation to the owner of the company on the phone for 5 days, each time he had to explain the matter from the beginning or he shook, saying that I will send a better team. Another company released a guide in 10 minutes, clearing the obstructed expense.
Since it is not a professional company, it is beneficial for those who prefer to consider this comment.
