★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Randevu tarihinde gittiginiz halde çok uzun süre bekletiliyor. O gün için çok kişiye randevu verdikleri için çok kalabalık dolayısıyla temizlik hizmetleri de aceleye geldiği için memnun etmiyor. Telefonlarına zaten ulaşılamıyor biz sizi dönüş yaparız deyip geri dönüş yapmıyorlar. Servisin içinde çocuk dolaşıyor araca zarar veriyor. Ya arabayı değiştircem artık ya da başka bir ilde servise götürcem mecbur.
Even though you go on the appointment date, you are kept waiting for a very long time. Since they give appointments to many people for that day, it is very crowded, so the cleaning services are not satisfied because they are in a hurry. Their phones are already unreachable, they say, we'll get back to you, and they don't respond. A child is walking around in the service, damaging the vehicle. Either I will change the car or I will have to take it to the service in another city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugün servise 10000 bakımı için uğradık. Bizi kabulde karşılayan beyfendinin yaklaşımı ve iletişimi sorunsuz olsa da aracın alındığı an itibariyle gereksiz yavaslikta bir süreç işletildi. En çok rahatsız olduğumuz kısım ise aracı temizleyeceğiz deyip içine hiç dokunmayip dişini çamurlu bir bezle silip daha kirli hale getirmeyi başarmalari oldu. Garanti devam etsin diye bu kuruluşlara muhtaç edildikce daha çok yüksek rakam ve kalitesiz hizmete maruz kalırız.
We stopped by the service today for 10000 maintenance. Although the approach and communication of the gentleman who greeted us at the reception was smooth, an unnecessarily slow process was run from the moment the vehicle was purchased. The most disturbing part was that they said they will clean the vehicle and did not touch it, and they managed to wipe its teeth with a muddy cloth and make it dirtier. I brought my 2020 Civic Eco Executive from Urfa for 10,000 km maintenance. I was very pleased with the interest and relevance of Mr. İbrahim and the friendliness of the staff.
