(Makaslar Eğri- Stoperler ezik -Bazadan gelen sesler vs.) 11.7.2020 Tarihinde bazam geldi. 13.7.2020 Yataş servis gelip hatalı üretim olduğunu söyledi ve işleme soktu. 2 Aydır Üretim Hatası Olan Bazanın Değişimini Bekliyorum... 2 Aydır tedarik sürecin de! Hiçbir yetkili aramıyor sadece faturaların resimlerini Horoz Lojistik ve Yataş İbrahimli bedding şubesi istiyor ve hiçbir yetkili ağız arayıp bilgilendirme de bulunmadı... Yasal olan 10 günlük garanti süreci geçirildi.
140x200 Somni base, which I bought from Yataş İbrahimli branch on 06.06.2020, has production errors. (Scissors Are Curved - Stoppers are dented - Sounds coming from the base, etc.) My base came on 11.7.2020. 13.7. Waiting for the Replacement of Base with Production Error for 2 Months ... In your supply process for 2 months! No official is calling, only asking the pictures of the invoices, the bedding branch of Horoz Logistics and Yataş İbrahimli, and no officials have called and notified ... The legal 10-day guarantee period has passed.
