I had a necvox 9.7 inch tesla screen installed in my megane 4 vehicle. (Must have 1 or 2GB ram) Android 6.0.1 operating system is installed on it. Can you upgrade the operating system of this product? There are new 4GB models in the service and the operating system versions are high, but they say that they cannot upgrade the device I have.
