Our refrigerator was getting very hot and the service said that the fan motor was faulty and that they would replace the fan motor and a part on the cover in return for our payment of 885 TL. After the service left, our apartment attendant (who doesn't have the slightest knowledge of the refrigerator) started to clean the dirt around the fan motor with his hand, and the fan motor started to work. I have forwarded our complaint to both BOSCH customer services and Batıkent Technical service, but if you have a problem, call us etc. We have not seen a solution-oriented approach other than dry talk. For example, let's see if the fan motor is caused by your staff, etc. I said, but neither incoming nor outgoing. In short, the service money we paid 85 TL was wasted. Yes, they come on time. but the technical knowledge of the technical staff is very lacking or they do it consciously to make money by changing parts. If you are buying a BOSCH product, take into account the risk of receiving an exorbitant service from the technical service.
