Hilton Garden Inn Kutahya

Very well situated hotel for transit to Antalya. We had a problem with our Booking reservasion but the reception guy solved it and gave us connected rooms. Breakfast is quite good. Parking free underground. There is a Migros Supermarket under the hotel and at the street level is Burger King and a lot of kebap fastfoods.

Its my second time i stayed here , Price is fair too & i can say its cheap when you compare to other garden inn hiltons, Even tho i booked with hilton Honors member i I had a great experience and I was satisfied with my room, including breakfast the location is very strategic and the staff was good and additionally they good space parking l Will definitely stay here if I come back to Kutahya insh allah

This hotel is one of the best out there in kütahya. Everything was excellent from location, service, price and the staff working there where really so kind and helpful! I stayed there for 8 days until I could find a place to live as I will be staying there for 6 month. The general manager himself helped me find a dorm and the staff working at the reception has helped me totally in everything. The room was so cozy and comfortable and the internet speed was really good! The breakfast in general was good, you can order an omelette from an amazing and friendly chef!! The cleaning service was excellent as well! The location of the hotel is really excellent, it is exactly in the center and everything will be near you! Overall, I totally recommend you to stay in this hotel if you go to kütahya! Actually it is not about location or price or anything except the warm heartedness, helpfulness and the authenticity of the staff there. They have sowed me the hospitality of Turkish people!!

This service costs 25 TL or so and it is one of the best and cost effective transportation services. Hotel is right in the city center. If you want to visit the ancient city of Aizanoi, Temple of Zeus, inform the bus driver and he will make it happen for you. The driver is honest. The Hilton Garden Inn Kütahya is a cozy and very comfortable hotel located in the city center of Kütahya. The overall service from the staff is excellent. They do their very best to accommodate all guest requests within the Hilton Garden Inn portfolio. I have stayed at many many 5 star properties and quite frankly this hotel in respect to service supersedes many 5 star properties because the service at this hotel is very genuine - not 5 star fake. I have to mention that the General Manager and Director of Operations are very warm and always welcoming. They always take the time to walk around and meet with guests. If you want to experience true “Human” Turkish Hospitality Service, stay at this hotel. Restaurants and services are all on the same street of the hotel so this property is great for a long term stay. Overall, great vibes, warm cozy friendly service, easy transportation to and from airport and staff are honest.
