Sitenin etrafı kapalı ve her isteyenin içeri giremediği o eski zamanlarında aşırı rahat ve refah seviyesi yukarıdaydı.Lakin sonrasında belediyenin sitenin içerisinden cadde geçiyor bahanesiyle bu durum katledildi ve zaman içerisinde günümüzde ki haline evrildi. Herşey rağmen İstanbul da yaşabılabilecek en iyi site olduğunu düşünüyorum. (Pardon toplu konut.)
Living space since 2001. The site was closed and not all the people in the old times when it was too comfortable and prosperity level in the old time. Despite everything, I think Istanbul is the best site to live in. (Excuse public housing.)

Buna karsin yesil alani cok, istanbul icinde gordugum yesil alani en fazla site,
Bol bol genis alan var
Bloklar arasindaki sokaklarin hepsinin trafige acik olmamasi cocuklar icin guvenli bir oyun alani olsuturyor
Sessiz sakin bir mekan
Market, okul, saglik ocagi kasap vs hersey cok yakin
Oturmak icin cok ideal bir yer

On the other hand, the green area in Istanbul, the most gordugum green area in Istanbul,
There is ample space
The streets between the blocks are not open to any traffic, so there is a safe playground for children.
Quiet quiet place
Market, school, health center, butchers, etc.
Great place to sit down

I've been sitting here for about 10 years. Anatolian side in Istanbul, Pendik on the Anatolian side, Hilal Houses in Pendik.
