Гарне планування будинків, в деяких квартирах є свій басейн і тераса на вулиці. Не шумливі сусіди, що дуже важливо. Також приємно вразила дружелюбність охорони комплексу. Привітні і милі люди. Ставлю три зірки, тому що дорога від морського порту до самого житлового комплексу не дуже добра, нерівна і побита частково. Добиратися туди не дуже комфортно. Хоча на території комплексу усе впорядковано значно краще.
I did not have time to consider the whole complex, but still noticed some advantages.
Good house planning, some apartments have their own pool and terrace on the street. Not noisy neighbors, which is very important. Also pleasantly impressed by the friendliness of the complex. Friendly and nice people. I put three stars, because the road from the seaport to the residential complex is not very good, uneven and partially beaten. Getting there is not very comfortable. Although on the territory of the complex everything is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Güzel temiz bir site havuzu sanki havuz bar gibi sadece ust bloklorda oturanlar cok zorluk cekiyo yazik onlara ozellikle bana ona bir cozum bulabilirsiz.
It's a nice clean site pool, as if it's a pool bar, only those living in the upper blocks have a lot of difficulty, it's a pity we can find a solution for them, especially me.

A site management could only do so much harm to the citizens living on the site. I'd say a problem to yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resmen ev alma komşu al bir yer. Arada bir elin parmakları kadar az da olsa iyileri var elbet ama ben böyle bir kitleyi bir arada ilk kez görüyorum. İstanbul'un hemen yanında böyle kafalar... Ne günlere kaldık!
Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
Officially, do not buy a house, buy a neighbor, a place. Of course, there are some good ones, albeit as little as the fingers of one hand, but this is the first time I've seen such a mass together. Heads like this right next to Istanbul... What a long time we have left!
I definitely do not recommend.
