We spent 1 night here in Yalova. When we looked at the maps, we went without being sure of the place it showed, but when we went, we learned that it was located in the chief directorate building. On the 2nd floor of the building, there were employees helping for the guesthouse. We were 4 people. (One of us is a public employee, the other is his wife and 2 students) As 2 students, we paid 120 TL. The price per person for public employees and their relatives is 35 TL. Both rooms we kept were a clean place. I wish the guesthouse rooms looked to the beach. It is in a very central location. If you want better conditions, you can look elsewhere, but if it is central and clean is enough for you, this will be a good choice.
