When I ordered fresh cake 2 days after I ordered fresh cake from Hilal Ice Cream via the food basket, they sent me a very small cake and I thought that there was a mistake and I said that there was a big difference between the size of the cake you sent and the size of the cake you sent last. They did not even help by stating that the cake was wrong and that the right little cake was wrong.

Hemen gelip alalım düzeltelim dediler. Terme merkeze 15 km mesafede bir köyde olmama rağmen 15dk da pastayı evimizden alıp 30dk da düzeltilmiş bir şekilde geri getirdiler. Çalışanlara ve emeği geçen herkese çok teşekkür ederim.
A great customer satisfaction and service concept I bought the cake I ordered for my daughter yesterday and came home today. I noticed a problem with the cake at home. I conveyed the situation. They said let's come and get it right away. Although I was in a village 15 km from the center of Terme, they took the cake from our house in 15 minutes and brought it back in a corrected manner in 30 minutes.
