Sadece rahat olması yetmez tabii, kaliteli de olmalı ki 6 ay sonra başım ağrımasın. Özellikle faturaya baktım, tam 6 ay olmuş ve en küçük bir deforme yok. Rahatlığın verdiği huzur zaten ayrı. Bugüne kadar neden yorum yazmadım? Çünkü duygusal yorum yazmayı sevmiyorum, iyi ya da kötü deneyimler abartılıyor. Objektif olarak bakmaya çalıştığımda, verdiğim paranın karşılığını fazlasıyla aldığımı hissediyorum. Tabiri caizse, fiyat/performans ürünü diyebilirim. Sipariş ve teslimat sürecinde hiç pürüz çıkmadı değil fakat önemli olan sonuç oluyor. Pürüzler giderilip, eksikler telafi edildiyse, deneyim mutlu sonuçlanmış oluyor. Daha pürüzsüz bir deneyim için belki 3-4 kat fazla ödeme yapmalıyım, ki bu bile sonuçta risk. Ben inanıyorum ki ilerleyen günlerde daha iyi deneyimler sunulacaktır. 5 yıldızdan fazlası mümkün olsa, o kadar yıldız vermek isterdim. Her şey için teşekkürler. I especially looked at the invoice, it has been exactly 6 months and there is not the slightest deformation. The peace of comfort is already different. Why haven't I commented yet? Because I don't like to write emotional comments, good or bad experiences are exaggerated. When I try to look at it objectively, I feel that I got more than my money's worth. So to speak, I'd say it's a price/performance product. It's not that there were no problems in the order and delivery process, but the result is the important thing. If the roughnesses are corrected and the deficiencies are compensated, the experience ends happily. I should pay maybe 3-4 times more for a smoother experience, which is risky after all. Siparişi verip ön ödemeyi yapana kadar çok güzel ilgilendiler, fakat sonrasında ulaşmak hayli zor oldu. Siparişlerimizin 45-50 günde geleceğini söyledikleri halde sürekli çeşitli bahaneler sunarak teslim tarihini ertelediler ve yaklaşık 5 ay beklettiler. Sonradan bu yalanları tek tek ortaya çıkmaya başladı, kısmen kendi kendilerini ele verdiler kısmende nakliye şirketi vasıtasıyla öğrendik. Yola çıktığını söyledikleri ürünlerin ne bir görselini gönderdiler nede tıra yüklendiğine dair bir ispatları oldu. Geldi gelecek diye diye bizi yaklaşık 5 ay oyaladılar. Son raddeye geldiğimizde paramızın iadesini istedik ve ürünler ulaştırıldığı takdirde tam ücreti ödeyeceğimizi söyledik. Patronları alaycı bir tavırla bunuda geciktirdi ve ısrarlarımız üzerine ancak iade etti ve 5 aylık sürecin sonunda güya biz talep etmişiz gibi, siparişimizi iptal ettiler. Son görüşmede haddini aşıp iş ahlakına uymayan bir tavırla hakaretvari konuştuğundan bahsetmiyorum bile. Gerçekten çok mağdur olduk. Başka bir yerden mobilya aramak bulmak bu zamanda 12 haftaya varan bekleme süresini beraberinde getiriyor. Bu 3 ay daha mobilyasız kalmak demek, ki yeni taşındığımızı, mobilyasız olduğumuzu ve oradan gelecek tırı beklediğimizi çok iyi biliyorlardı. Mağduriyetimiz hiçbir şekilde ortadan kaldırılmadığı gibi dahada arttı. Bu insanlara asla hakkımız helal değildir, bu dünyada olmasa ahirette mutlaka adalet yerini bulacaktır. Bize özel bir üretim varsa, süresi de bu doğrultuda uzayacaktır. 6 hafta denildi, 8 haftaya çıktı, hiç ses etmedim, gayet normal. Mobilyada iki yıl garantiyi ilk defa duydum, çok hoşuma gitti. Garanti sürecini yaşayacak bir durum olacağını da sanmıyorum, ürünler "2 haftada teslim" ürünlerle kıyaslanamaz derecede kaliteli. Fotoğraflarda gördüğümden çok daha şık duruyor. Geçmiş yorumlarda olumsuz ifadeler okudum fakat bu durum tamamen Her Eve Mobilya ile alakalı olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Her zaman müşteri tarafında olmakla birlikte birçok markanın süreçlerini yönettim, müşterilerin beklentilerinin nasıl sınırsız olabileceğini biliyorum. Çok bağlantılı süreçlerde aksaklıklar yaşanabilir, firma bu süreçleri en iyi şekilde yönetmekle sorumlu olduğu kadar müşterinin de beklentisini bu doğrultuda sınırlaması gerekir. Kendi ülkemde standart hazır bir ürünün kargosu birkaç hafta gecikebiliyorken, yurt dışına hem de gümrük geçerek birebir aynı sürede ulaşması, mucize gibi bir şeydir. Her Eve Mobilya'ya tavsiyem, tahmini teslimat sürelerini biraz daha uzun tutmaları, müşterilerine tavsiyem ise beklentilerini daha makul seviyelere indirgemeleri olacaktır. Böylelikle hem ülkemize kazandırmış oluruz, hem de biz daha mutlu oluruz. I did not expect such a good service abroad from Turkey. Yemek odasi takimi gene ayni ayaklar pas akiyor, masada defolar var. Iki tane baza siparis vermistim birisi siparis verdigim model gelmemis digeri siparis verdigim renk gelmemis ve ikiside gene defo dolular. Urunler geldigi gun butun hatalarin fotograflarini cekip gonderdim. Bastan asagi ayipli urun hepsi. 2 ay boyunca beni oyaladilar tamemen fabrika hatasi degisecek diye, 2 ay sonrasinda fabrikanin urunleri geri almadigini soylediler ve hic bir sekilde bana geri donus yapmadilar. Surekli ben peslerinden kosmak zorunda kaldim. 3000 euro verdik ve verdigimiz parayla rezil olduk. Beni ciddiye almadiklarini gordum ve kendilerini mahkemeye verdim. Utanip skilmadan urunlerinizi gonderecektik ama siz mahkeme yolunu tercih ettiniz diyorlar birde 2 ay boyunca sorunlarimla hic ilgilenmedikleri halde. Tek amacimiz yeni gectigimiz eve temiz esyalar almakti ama rezil olduk resmen. Daha soyleyecek cok seyim var ama Allah a havale ediyorum kendilerini. Sadece buradan siparis vermek isteyen kisileri uyarmak adina uzak durun bu firmadan. Kendi ulkemizin insani kazinsin dedik guvenip esya aldik kendi insanlarimizin bizi dolandirmasi daha uzucu. Total fraud, never trust and do not shop. They barely sent my products in 4 months and the seats they sent were rusty and the fabric was torn. Dining room set, the same legs rust, there are defects on the table. When I looked at the reviews there were those that give low stars so I said it's real business. I took the risk of the negative experience in terms of price / performance. Good thing I took the risk.
