Karadeniz’den bu yana mutfak tozunu yutmuş, babadan oğula geçen el lezzetinin hakim olduğu bir ailenin hikayesidir Hamlakit…
Adını Rize’deki yaylamızdan alan Hamlakit; serüvenimize 1999 yılında Gölbaşı Shell İstasyonun’da “Hamlakit Mesut Usta’nın Yeri” olarak başladık. İşkembe, Kelle Paça ve Mercimek çorbasıyla ün salan, beraberinde özel tarifimiz olan “Hamlakit Köfte” ve Karadeniz’in dillere destan lezzeti “Muhlama” ile Ankara bir yana dursun, tüm Türkiye’de ismimizden söz ettirdik. 2018 yılında “En İyi Best” jürisi tarafından “En İyi Yöresel Mutfak” kategorisinde 86.6 puan aldık.
Siz müşterilerimizden gelen talep ve istekler doğrultusunda 2013 yılında 2. Şubemizi açtık. Bunun beraberinde 2020’de kendi yöremize ait ürünleri ve Türkiye’nin bir çok iline özgü yöresel ürünleri sergilemek üzere Hamlakit Katukçi’yi açtık.
Biz, sizlerle büyüyen bir aileyiz. Akıllarda yer eden sloganımız ile bitirelim:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muhlama was great because they use a lot of butter in it. However their Menemen was not that good. Kara Lahana soup was more than fair. Overall it wouldn’t worth it to go that far to Golbasi to have a breakfast. But If you’re nearby, you can give it a shot.
