Şube dışına sigara içmek için çıkan görevli bir hanımefendiye birşey sorabilir miyim dedim, kibirli kibirli sigarasını içmeye devam etti. Yüzüme bile bakmadı. There are tons of smiling faces in TV commercials, but there is no sign of smiling faces in the branch.
