The Public Education Center is the Educational Institutions Providing Service to Provincial and District Centers and Towns and Villages to Realize the General Purposes of Turkish National Education and the Purposes and Functions of Non-Formal Education. Simultaneously with the Public Reading Rooms, it provided services that guide the public through education, providing information, skills, developing behavior, and education for the social, cultural and economic development of the public. Public Education Centers Have Been Non-Formal Education Institutions Organizing Social and Cultural Courses and Vocational and General Information Courses in order to deliver these services to the public. Working Disciplines were determined with the "Non-formal Education Institutions Regulation" enacted on 27 July 1979. Public Education Center Purposes • To teach citizens the meaning of Atatürk's revolutions, to adopt the principles of the republic and to adopt the democratic life, to root in the country, to develop the feelings of free discipline, mutual understanding, love, respect and tolerance, which are the basis of democratic life, • Helping and Guiding the Social, Cultural and Economic Development of My Community in Educational Ways by Providing Citizens with Knowledge, Skills, Developing and Improving Citizens' Knowledge and Skills, Behavior and Value Provisions.

There was no practical training in the course, we went for first aid training, but there was no model, like a normal school, a teacher was just telling important things for human health from the book and the place was far from the station
