İlk gidişimde işletme sahibi olan kişi umursamaz bir tavırla fiyat verip yalnızca bir batarya değişimi için iki saate yakın bekletti. İkinci gidişimde ise olduğundan yukarı fiyat çıkarıp yine umursamaz şekilde davrandı üstelik düzgün rica eder üslup ile üç kez durumumu izah etmeme rağmen.
Elemanlarını eğitiyor olabilir fakat kendi de elemanlarından az güler yüzü öğrense güzel olur müşteriye umursamaz üslupla davranacaksa ve paraya ihtiyacı yoksa niye bu işi yapıyor anlamadım.
Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Dışarı çıkıp eve gidene kadar ekran hiçbir darbe görmeksizin kendi kendine çatladı. Tekrar geri gidip durumu izah ettiğimde, yan sanayi ürün kullandıklarını belirterek kullanıcı hatası olduğunu, sorumluluk kabul etmediklerini beyan ettiler. Bende kendimden şüphe ederek durumu kabullendim. Geçen hafta çatlak halde kullandığım telefon iyice işlev göremez hale gelince başka bir tamirciye gittim. Ekranın etrafındaki çok ince plastik çerçevenin takılmadığını, bu nedenle kırıldığını öğrendim. Maalesef bu arkadaşların işini düzgün yapmaması nedeniyle iki katı masrafa girdim. Müşteriye karşı nezaketsiz ve surat asar tavırları da cabası. Sanki zorla ve bedavadan iş yapıyorlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

USB yi çocuk tekrar bozdu Konya'da bi ustaya verdim.usta resimler attı bunu kim yaptı böyle diyerek.wifi antenini anakarttan koparmislar.anakarttan tekrar yol almışlar.ustaya neyse wifiyi eskisi gibi olsun diye sen yap dedim.anakart değişmesi gerekiyormuş.

Önceden hiç böyle bir sorun yokken, ekranın orta kısmında ekran değişiminden sonra bi beyazlık belirdi. Yok ekran çatlayınca belli olmazmış sonradan olurmuş. Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum??
