Karaman Mahallesi,Ordu Bulvarındadır....
Tarihî bir binadır..ve Tarihî Afyonkarahisar Lisesinin karşısında bulunmaktadır..
Daha önce "Defterdarlık"binası idi...
Universiteye idari bina olmak üzere verildi..
Şimdi ise,Kültür Merkezi ve restoran olarak hizmet veriyor...
Bu bina mutlaka korunmalıdır!...
Iki katlı, uzun saçaklı, Süslemeleri ile göz dolduran ,güzel bir yapıdır...Geleneksel Türk
Mimarisinden esintiler taşır..insanın içini karartmaz...Bina içine mermer kaplamalı merdivenler ile girilir...içerde üst kata ahşap bir merdiven ile çıkılır...

It is inspired by its architecture ... it does not darken the inside of the human being ... You can enter the building with marble-covered stairs ... you can go upstairs with a wooden staircase ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ açık hava sakin güzel mekan. ama her yerde olduğu gibi güzellikleri mahveden yine insanlar. sakin nezih bir ortamdasınız bir aile geliyor. giyimlerinden elit sayılabilecek düzeyde olduklarını düşünüyorsunuz. ama 10 dk sonra bi bakıyorsunuz çatır çutur çekirdek yemeye başlıyor saygısızlar. ve sakin geçireceğiniz zamanı rezil ediyorlar.
open air calm beautiful venue. But people like ruins wrecked everywhere. you are in a calm environment, a family is coming. you think they are at the level of elite. but after 10 min, you are looking at the flimsy core that is beginning to eat the flukes. and they are disgraceful when you are calm.

I strongly recommend you to visit the new cultural center for Afyon under the organization of AKÜ. Its first exhibition was opened on 30.11.2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eşimle beraber zaman zaman gittiğimiz, Afyon merkezde sakin, yeşil bahçesi ile güzel bir mekan. Şu anda da burdayım ve masalar toz içinde. 3 masa değiştirdik hepsi aynı durumda. Daha önce böyle bir durumla karşılaşmamıştık. Yetkililere dikkat diyorum....
It is a beautiful place with a quiet, green garden in the center of Afyon, where we go from time to time with my wife. I'm here right now and the tables are covered in dust. We changed 3 tables, all in the same condition. We have never encountered such a situation before. I say beware of the authorities.
