Ara sıra su bassa da zemin katın altında otoparkı mevcuttur her site binasının. Bulunduğu konum açısından çok avantajlıdır. RDKM hemen yanındadır, sahile 10-15dk yürüyüş mesafesindedir, 3 dk lık yürüyüş mesafesindeki Şehit Ömer Faydalı Caddesi'nden geçen minibüslerle birçok yere kolayca ulaşılabilir.
 Garden is a well maintained and peaceful site. Due to the large number of glazed areas, the heating costs are high. Occasional water bassa is also available on the ground floor under the car park of each building. It is very advantageous for its location. RDKM is next to the beach, 10-15min walk to the beach, 3 min walk from Şehit Ömer Faydalı Street with many minibuses passing through the easily accessible.
