It is a boutique hotel located in the neighborhood of Çamçukur in Karamürsel. The number of rooms is around 10. A place to rest on the weekends for the residents of metropolitan area. Çamçukur, located just below the Karamürsel forests, can be bought from a variety of vegetable fruits depending on the season from the local growers with a small walk to the Pazar quarter. The hotel is a bit old and needs maintenance but the hospitality of the owners is very good. A quiet place with a view of the sea and the forest.

Erkan brain chat and hospitality is great. Your forty-year-old friend is very sincere, like your relative. The view of the facility is also magnificent. There's a weekend cowboy town program for kids. Dinner and breakfast are adequate. It is recommended.
