10 Haziran 2020 tarihinde Samsung şarj aleti aldım. Bir problem çıktığında istediğim zaman getirebileceğimi ve iade alabileceklerini söylediler. Fakat eve geldiğinde ürünün replika (sahte) olduğu, kutusunun açılmış olduğunu, kablonun hasarlı ve aşırı kalitesi bir replika ürün olduğunu farkettim. Telefonum yavaş şarj oluyor diye alarm vermeye başladı. Bunu farkettiğim anda daha 1 hafta olmadan iade etmeye karar gittim. Ne yazık ki ürünü iade almadılar. Bütün yasal haklarımı kullanacağım.

I bought a Samsung charger on June 10, 2020. They said that whenever a problem arises, I can bring it whenever I want and get a refund. But when I arrived home, I noticed that the product was a replica (fake), the box was opened, the cable was a damaged and excessive replica product. My phone started to alarm because it was charging slowly. As soon as I realized this, I decided to return it before 1 week. Unfortunately, they did not receive the product. I will exercise all my legal rights.
