Bu kadar güzel bir tatil geçirebileceğimi hiç düşünmemiştim.. özellikle personelin son derece kibar ve anlayışlı olmaları insanın içini rahatlatıyor. Garsonların sorumlusu olan Süleyman Bey her bir müşteri ile sanki kendi ailesinin bir ferdi gibi tek tek ilgilendi . Tek eleştirim banyoların bir parça kirli olması ve restoran bölümündeki harika yemeklerin yanında peçete eksikliği yaşanmasiydi.. trileçe tatlısının tadı halen damağımda şeflerin eline sağlık.. tekrar görüşmek üzere
 Last week, 6 people stayed here for 10 days. I never thought that I could have such a nice holiday.. especially the fact that the staff is extremely polite and understanding puts one's mind at ease. Süleyman Bey, who is in charge of the waiters, took care of each customer individually as if they were a member of his own family. My only criticism was that the bathrooms were a bit dirty and there was a lack of napkins in addition to the great food in the restaurant section.. The taste of the trileçe dessert is still on my palate, thanks to the chefs.. see you again

Yıllardır 5 yıldızlı ve hersey dahil konsept otellerde tatil yapıyoruz ancak bu seneki tatilimiz kadar hiçbirinden keyif almadık otel personeli çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü idi. Temizlik her gün yapıldı ve oda temizliği de çok iyiydi. Ayrıca yemekler oldukça lezzetli ve güzeldi. Otelin konumu ve kendine ait plajı olması da büyük avantaj. Bir sonraki tatilimizde yine gitmeyi planlıyoruz.
We came to the hotel on recommendation. We have been vacationing in 5-star and all-inclusive concept hotels for years, but we did not enjoy any of them as much as our holiday this year. The hotel staff were very interested and friendly. Cleaning was done every day and room cleaning was also very good. Also, the food was very tasty and good. The location of the hotel and the fact that it has its own beach are also great advantages. We plan to go again on our next vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sezon bitince oteli kapatıp gidiyorlar ama havuzu bosaltmiyorlar kışın pis su dolu havuza köpekler düşüyor merdivenleri çıkarılmış havuzda düşen köpekler çırpınıyor.defalarca ölmek üzere olan köpekleri kurtardık.havuzun üzeri kapatılmalı.
When the season is over, they close the hotel and leave, but they do not empty the pool. In winter, dogs fall into the pool full of dirty water.

Everything was perfect, our room was cleaned every day. All the staff were courteous and very helpful. Meals were delicious. It looks like the seabed is sparkling, we had an unforgettable holiday. See you again next year...

Yemekler şahane (pandemiden ötürü) açık büfe ustalar kendileri bol bol tabaklara koyuyorlar çorbalar etli yemekler çeşit çeşit zeytinyağlı yemekler tatlı çeşitleri kahvaltı çok iyiydi. akşam yemeklerinde içeçek olmayışı kötüydü makineden limonata falan olurdu. Çay iki yerde olsa fazla kuyruk olmazdı. Garsonlar müthiş sevimli yardımcı temiz deniz harika birde akşamları müzik olsa iyi olurdu
We entered the hotel on September 15 with a tour and left on September 23. The food is amazing (due to the pandemic) the open buffet masters put them on the plates, soups, meat dishes, various olive oil dishes, desserts, breakfast was very good. it was bad that there was no drink at dinner, there would be lemonade or something from the machine. If the tea was in two places, there wouldn't be many queues. The waiters are awesome cute helpful clean sea is great and it would be nice if there was music in the evenings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been spending our August - September holidays at the Grand Levent Hotel For the past 5 years. When we compare the Grand Levent hotel to other hotels of similar class in the area, it is much better.
What has satisfied us most are:
-The beautiful green acres it is situated in and it's wide and airy rooms.
-Staff which are extremely helpful and go out of their way to please holidaygoers, even in the most busy months.
-The fact that sunning areas are always available on the beach at at the poolside.
-The fact that its cuisine deserves far more than the 4 star rating it advocates.
-The always smiling faces of the kitchen, restaurant and bar staff.
-The cleanliness of the pool, restaurant and similar areas.
A few suggestions to the staff for an even better experience:
-Cleaning the rooms can be done throughout the day. It would be better is the quality control on the room cleaning service was improved.
-Some clothes hangers in the bathrooms to hang clothes or towels would be appreciated and make bathroom comforts complete.
We would like to thank all Hotel personnel who made our stays extremely enjoyable.
