★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of thieves!!! I booked this for a transfer from Istanbul to Bursa. The driver refused to pay the toll even though I had prepaid and i had to pay twice. I called their head office who were extremely rude and cut my call. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNPROFESSIONAL!! Booked a taxi from Istanbul airport to a hotel for my relative. The taxi brought him to another address, the agency refused to come back to pick him up and bring him to the right address. He said I should take care of it myself. I was not even in Turkey nor speak Turkish. I kept asking him to find a solution for my relative who had been waiting for one hour, not able to find his way or call a taxi. THEY NEVER ANSWERED AND BLOCKED ME!

The company handled it without any problems and was keeping me updated at all times, making sure that I have no worries. And my taxi driver never left my side the whole time, waiting with me and treating me with turkish delights and tea :) The most heart-warming airport transfer in my life! Thank you so much! ❤️

The driver was EXTREMELY helpful and considerate.
We were 10 people with several items of large heavy suitcases. 3 people in our group were wheelchair users who needed a lot of assistance to get to their seats in the minibus.
He was unfazed when he met us in the hotel lobby, and in a professional manner he proceeded to stowing away all our luggage and the folded wheelchairs at the back of the vehicle.
At our destination, the airport, he found a secure location to park where we could disembark easily.
