В итоге они сделали огромную царапину и сказали забрать завтра ,они подпилят!!!!( это при замене батарейки!!) Бил он по часам знатно,когда закрывал крышку часов!! В силу шока и языкового барьера,я не смогла ничего сказать! Даже не извинились! Сказали: А что такого? Часы не дорогие! Никогда в жизни с таким обслуживанием !
